Because your automated online service doesn’t work. Could not get a live person when pressing zero. Countless calls :(. Appears this is a problem that needs to be addressed.
The lady at the front desk (Karissa) was the absolute worst. My card starting coming back as declined so I went to this branch to correct the issue. She told me I was using the wrong pin. I said it's the same pin I've been using for 15 years. Went to the ATM and tried to withdrawal a quick $20 to see if it worked and it didn't. I asked her how something like this could happen.. that the pin would just all the sudden be invalid, so as to try to keep it from happening again.
