A big shout out to David McGuire, Service Advisor at Arrowhead Cadillac. I gave him an odd ball service request to install a trickle charger wire on my car battery. He handled this unusual request in a very professional manner. He even had me talk directly to the technician to be sure it was done the way I expected. Just a great experience from a fussy customer. !!! EXTORTION AND INCOMPETENT !!! I took my Escalade in for a battery drain and transmission studder. I bought their Platinum MPP warranty back when the vehicle's manufacturer was up. It was a full month from expiring, so I had two annoying issues to have fixed. Granted it was the second time taking the vehicle in for the battery going dead in 36 hours from a full charge. They said the vehicle was fine after this first time, when only to take it home and go out to a dead battery. I had to keep the vehicle constantly on a bat... read more
Service department needs to communicate to their customers. Next time around I will be taking my car somewhere else.
