I walked in their store 3 times (looked for around for least 30 minutes each time) and not once did anyone get off their stool to ask if I needed any help. The third time, I had my husband with me and I went to ask for help. We are building a new home and wanted a bid for all windows, siding and shingles. They proceed to tell me they don’t read blueprints and just want a “list” of what we need. Isn’t this their job? They just lost $60,000 in business.
Best place to go for siding. Hands down the best customer service. Extremely knowledgeable. Time after time they go over and beyond expectations.
