Horrible service. Did not deliver on said date. Not only was I not notified but when I called about it my calls were cut off. Will update rating if and when I get my delivery. Giving the benefit of the doubt and see how the driver is. If not friendly or helpful will cancel my subscription. On the drivers shoulders right now. Sparkeltts might get a new customer.

Ordered a new hot/cold cooler for purchase and delivery driver on Monday said they were out. Said he would deliver a cooler on Wednesday between hours of 10 and 1. Never showed up. Called toll free number and said they would call the branch manager to handle it. Heard nothing from Arrowhead Ventura.. Called toll free number again and said they would be out on Monday from 8 to 12. Also reordered the cooler which she said wasn't on their order for prior delivery. Have very little faith in follow thru by Arrowhead!
