We have had nothing but bad luck with this company. Their billing and representatives are absolutely horrific. They continue to bill late fees, even after we make payments. Seems like every 3 to 6 months they say we miss a payment and we have to send a verification of our payment they cashed. If we were the type of people that miss payments, I could understand, but we have not missed a payment in five years.
