I tried and tried to create a positive outcome but wow... To begin, if you just want a couple of 5 gallon bottles a week, you probably won't have any issues. However if you have a big family or special water-like cases of Pellegrino etc, good luck! From the initial order they couldn't get the order right, a month later I had to contact them again so they wouldn't deliver when we were out of town, yet we'd we home too 15 cases of Pellegrino and 20 gallons of water in our drive anyway.
