The car wasn’t presented well. It was extremely dirty and brakes needed fixing as well as the tear in the rear screen. Also no roll bar in the one I saw maybe different than in the picture. Overall it wasn’t a good fit for us.

Great service
Car was nice, small dealership, felt less welcoming tho. They didn't negotiate the trade in and so I didn't get the car. I just came from work so my car wasn't washed but he said "if you'd clean your car you'd notice..." didn't leave with a good feeling, but overall it was OK.
Didn’t fully and accurately describe the vehicle. Lots of rust underneath the vehicle and on the struts. Nice people but seemed like they were hiding things.
Great people to work with, very friendly and good selection of autos to tempt you with.

Worked with the manager, I believe his name is Tim. Seemed to dismiss a concern I brought up about the 2016 Honda Odyssey that I was looking at. We took it to a dealership to get it looked at and it was going to be a significant amount of $$ to pay for the work. The concern I brought up was also a concern brought up by the dealership. He wasn’t willing to budge on the price even with the dealer ship’s inspection. He’s a good guy but I don’t know if I would trust him with how he runs his business.

We took the car back to our independent mechanic and they were unable to find anything wrong with the car. If you contract us, I can provide you paperwork for the inspection. Sometimes other mechanics are trying to sell you on their services. Sorry for your experience at Arrowhead, please give me a call my name is Marwan and I am the owner and I will help however I can.
Overall the experience was good. Staff was helpful & friendly.
