After a ten month lease here I am sad to be leaving this one bedroom apartment! I've never had any issues and if I did I always see maintenance around. Private patio and walkway to your door, no one above or below you so it was a quiet complex which is a huge plus to me, AND you're not going to be smelling your neighbors dinner. If you are trying to be smart with money, do not live here! Your electricity bill will be through the roof, and you'll have to forgo buying groceries when your bill comes! We opted not to run the heat and risk hypothermia rather than run the heat because their systems are incredibly outdated. There is no thermostat, only high heat, low heat, high cool, or low cool. The apartment is nice, but the electricity bill completely ruins it. I can't wait to be done in a month!
