My experience with Arrow Tire had been focused on keeping my car maintained and running well at a reasonable cost. Saddly this focus has shifted to gimmicks and aesthetics since changing the name to Arrow Automotive. Promotions of 20% off tires that end up being more expensive at for the same tires elsewhere, is not trustworthy and the best service at the best price.
Previous long term customer here to tell the unfortunate truth about Arrow Tire after new ownership. The new management here is inexperienced, unprofessional and shady. Do not take your car here. It is sadly not what Mike and Doug built for years. The new manager Sean ended up not being able to complete the job agreed upon and with no apology for wasting my time he tried to send my truck to another shop to complete the repair but charge me double the new shops rate to do so. This was my first time here, and I'm really disappointed. I came in because another shop found a P0299 turbo code, on a code reader and I wanted this shop to investigate further. So I paid $78.50 for a diagnostic but didn't get a copy, even though I asked for one. They supposedly cleaned my MAF and cleared the check engine light, but it came back on during my drive home! I take all of our family cars here. There are only two shops in Tucson that our family can trust and this is one of them! I really needed a good automotive shop with good mechanics on this side of town and I found it!!
