I'm sad to write this review but my recent experience with Arrow Tire has not been a good one. A line came off my transmission and after towing the vehicle to the shop, they reconnected the lines, told me I didn't need any new parts, charged me $250 for the diagnostic and to top off my fluids (seriously) and let me leave. The next day as I got to work, the line came off again, transmission fluid leaking everywhere and my car was not drivable. They sent a mechanic to my job to fix the problem. Today (Jul 7) I had went in for a full 4 tire replacement. I had picked between the choice of option the shop had offered back in January 2025. They honored the quote and was finished with the tires within 2.5 hours. Phenomenal service every year I have been coming here. Always an outstanding job. Great as always, thank you.
