Demetrius responded promptly analyzed the problem with my hot water tank. The fix was completed and the price was was acceptable. Will call again and highly recommend this company.
Furnace motor died in the coldest month of the year. Arrow-Therm was able to come out the next day. The technician arrived on time, ready to work. He explained to me what the issue was, how it occurred, and the best ways to prevent it from happening in the future. There was so much dust and dirt around the blower wheel and blower housing (fan that pushed heat throughout the vents) the technician asked for a bucket of soapy water. Horrible customer services. The repair man left coming more than 2 hours late for the appointment. Using this vendor is a complete waste of time!
Call this company but I had to go to work so my wife was at home to meet them I was scared leaving My wife Home to deal with a heating and cooling company but they were open and honest and never tried to sell her nothing she didn’t need and gave us a great price on all our equipment I recommend these people to everyone great service
