Service was Wonderful he was Nice and Very Smart showed me what the problem was and there price was in my budget thankful for the service☺️
5 stars all around. responded right away, gave pricing, scheduled quickly, showed up right on time and then were very friendly and explained everything. These guys are my go to guys now. Dont look any further go with them.
Mr Kirkland his brother Terry and their whole crew were awesome good dudes very knowledgeable timely and polite I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling work done.
Demetrius responded promptly analyzed the problem with my hot water tank. The fix was completed and the price was was acceptable. Will call again and highly recommend this company.
Furnace motor died in the coldest month of the year. Arrow-Therm was able to come out the next day. The technician arrived on time, ready to work. He explained to me what the issue was, how it occurred, and the best ways to prevent it from happening in the future. There was so much dust and dirt around the blower wheel and blower housing (fan that pushed heat throughout the vents) the technician asked for a bucket of soapy water.
