I hired Arrow Pest Control over a month ago for a termite treatment, and the job has not been completed. We still have live termites, and I have not received regular communication or updates from the company. For now, this is a 1-star review. I had Jared of Arrow Termite and Pest Control provide my annual termite inspection today. He was very professional and diligent. The sentricon bait stations were inspected and Jared spotted a couple of areas that needed additional coverage based on distance from station to station. He took the time to explain to me the importance of the visual survey and not just check the stations and goodbye. Much appreciated from Arrow Termite and Pest Control.
