Our heater stopped blowing hot air. I searched for a heater service company in north west Austin. I found ArrowServiceCenter. With just one call, they scheduled an appointment the same day, and their professional technician fixed the heater that day. The initial service call of $39 covered all the repair costs. He also changed the A/C filter at no extra charge. I will definitely use them again. Ray R.
I called Arrow Service center when my A/C unit broke down. They arrived on time and took care of the problem within less than 24 hours. The cost of the repairs was reasonable compared to other-quotes I received. I am very satisfied with their prompt service and quality work.
Unethical business who lacks honesty and integrity. They will rob you blind if you don't do your homework. I took their same quote to another company (Covenant Air Conditioning and Heating), leaving out the prices. One item was the same price ($125) but the other item was much less (Arrow $249, Covenant $95). I even asked for clarification about the services to make sure I was comparing the same work.
