Arrow told me how much money they could save me and they would deal with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They would meet the adjuster at the house. I told them I already had someone but they said that was ok. The adjuster came but they didn't. Everything they said was a lie!!
Do not use at all costs. Horrible communication skills and obvious lack of true compassion for their customers. Been playing phone tag for months and they blame it on the insurance adjustors
