Lexington was great in scheduling a technician to come out quickly in both instances that I called for service! Both Trey and Jeff did great jobs in resolving my plumbing issues! I highly recommend Arrow!
Arrow is top of the line! From The first point of contact with Lexi, she ensures all contact, instructions to the point of arrival of the service team! The service team arrives, very professional, communicate clearly and concise! They remove their shoes upon entry without asking. I never even knew they were in the house. Installed new equipment. Provided information related an r/o system! I won’t call anyone else! Thank you Arrow! You e got anal amazing group of employees!
They did an amazing job, Fast, and more than fair pricing. I won’t call anyone else. Their techs know their stuff and are not trying to sell a bunch of services etc. they just do the job and move on. I’ll be promoting them every chance I get
