HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!
RecommendedArrow came for the first time to my house today. I've used other companies in the past and I was expecting the same usual service. I was shocked how thorough and professional the young man was who showed up. His name is steven young. He was polite, courteous, and as I stated before extremely professional. Chris was great. On return visit when there was no mouse in trap, he left the two he set up the week before and we discussed the safety issues. As it turned out, on Tuesday when I opened the door under the sink, one trap was set off and the mouse was dead. I only saw one running under my dishwasher, and Chris looked and sealed all outside and inside openings he could find. I am praying that this does not happen again.
