I've used arrow since 1985 and they have been so great. All the guys especially Alain have been exceptionally outstanding. He is very polite and is always concerned about solving the issue. He will always make sure to wipe his feet and put on booties to prevent any debris from entering the home. Great service !
I've used Arrow Exterminating for about 40 years. All good. No problems. Exterminators are gentlemen. Good doing business with Arrow and my exterminator, Alain.
We recently had Lewis come to our home and perform a termite inspection. Not only was he extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but he was also very professional. You can definitely tell that he takes pride in his work and looks out for the homeowners best interest when speaking with him. He took the time to explain every detail we needed to know and made it very easy to understand. I would absolutely use Arrow again, if need be and request Lewis, due to his knowledge and professionalism. Great company and great staff!!! �
Had a bad ant problem in our kitchen which wasn't getting resolved by former local exterminator. We had Tim from Arrow come to our home and can say it's been ant free for 4 months!! They were prompt, explained why the previous treatment was not working, and relieved our stress completely. Will definitely use them again. Fabulous service!
