Alain was here today on time and very professional, as always. He found the source of my ant problem and took care of it. Thank you Alain and Arrow.
Alain was at our home and did a fabulous job. He was so knowledgable about the pests with which we are currently contending. He put booties on right away to ensure that our clean house remained so. He was exceptionally accommodating and we had to move very little in order for him to perform his duties well. Alain was exceptional and we hope he will always be our exterminator. Thank you, Arrow, for hiring such a wonderful, personable, efficient and on time professional.
We have had a monthly service plan with Arrow for about a year now. We are very happy with them and are even happier about being bug free. The one time I had an issue they were out to us ASAP .
