I've been having Arrow service my HVAC for over 20 years. Last week it wasn't working properly and I called them for service for the first time. I told them I thought it needed a charge. The technician showed up on time to the minute. After inspecting it, he told me it just needed a cleaning. He didn't try to up sell me on anything. Finally, a company that does business like I do! These guys were awesome. Showed up the same day I called in the middle of summer when you know they are busy. Fixed the AC in under a hour, and were upfront with cost regarding parts and labor. Best part, no up-sell on anything I didn't need, but probably could have talked me into. Will use again for sure.
They have been around for years and know there products and stand behind the equipment they sell..Good company and fair pricing.
