Bad communication!! Gave me 3 different prices, dropped by, then after pulling employee off the job all day they scrambled to get my job done. When I went back to pay, no one had a clue if it was done or still being worked on, then they added an extra charge of $50 and immediately started yelling that he told me over the phone, but he hadn't. Repainting in the building with no ventilation not sure right of mind. negativestars
RecommendedThis place is amazing! Seriously don’t go anywhere else for your key needs, there prices and customer service can’t be beat. Besides the lots of key copies I’ve had made they also fixed my lock cylinder on my Cadillac and found there was a broken piece of a jiggler key inside! Someone had tried to steal it from the previous owners, they were SUPER fast and beyond reasonable priced. Can’t say enough good things about them! I now have a working door lock and extra keys that would have cost easily 150$+ from anywhere else!

A house call was needed to fix our door. Donny fixed our 1989 lock with a broken handle on our 10 ft tall door (within minutes)...and the price was extremely reasonable. They were willing to come out within hours of my request and adjusted to my schedule for the following morning. If lock services are needed again, I will be calling Arrow Lock Service. I trust them in my home and recommend them 100%.
Arrow is the only locksmith I will ever call. Bill helped me with a complicated garage door problem that turned out to unrelated to the lock. Nonetheless he stayed way after business hours and figured out the problem and fixed it. Super smart, super friendly guy. Can’t say enough about this fantastic service!
Only took them 10 minutes to make me a key for a truck canopy I didn't have a key to, these guys are awesome.
