We have a three story Arrow Lift Elevator for our "Age In Place" home. After a full knee replacement surgery I have made extensive use of the elevator [which is very appreciated]. We have a service plan with techs showing every six months. Each time their service has been excellent. They are fluent with the system/mechanics, they have necessary parts on-hand(!!), and are very professional. All positives - no negatives.

The cost was competitive, but thats where everything started to go wrong. They are horrible at coordinating with me leaving me with a product that I do not like. The quality is very poor and we have had over a dozen breakdowns. We have hired Mitsubishi to come fix the elevator and take over service. I wish I would have gone with a reputable company from the start. If you are reading this and care, contact Schindler, otis or Mitsubishi to get a quality installation.

This review is for new customers. In finding this company via google, I contacted the company and discussed needing a tech to do servicing on an ADA lift to which they asked what the manufacturer was. Manufacturer was supplied, and scheduled their visit for the next day. They arrived and their techs said within a couple of minutes arriving that their company does not work on that brand manufacturer of elevators and recommended another company. Your company is delightful with excellent knowledge of your products. The installers were very professional. They maintained a clean work area and performed their duty like experts. They were very respectful and explained the operation from unloading the truck to the operation of the chair. All in all, we are happy and satisfied with the performance of Arrow Lift and all those involved in our purchase. Great value for the dollar.

October 31 at 3:30 no one here at Canwood address. I called at 3 and pushed 4 for home elevator. A man stated they are there till 5. I called again...receptionist stated they are at another location ..you lost my business. Exemplify to me this biz doesn't have it together
