October 31 at 3:30 no one here at Canwood address. I called at 3 and pushed 4 for home elevator. A man stated they are there till 5. I called again...receptionist stated they are at another location ..you lost my business. Exemplify to me this biz doesn't have it together

In finding this company via google, I contacted the company and discussed needing a tech to do servicing on an ADA lift to which they asked what the manufacturer was. Manufacturer was supplied, and scheduled their visit for the next day. They arrived and their techs said within a couple of minutes arriving that their company does not work on that brand manufacturer of elevators and recommended another company. They later billed travel time for $400, Called and spoke with their accounting dep... read more
