We have a three story Arrow Lift Elevator for our "Age In Place" home. After a full knee replacement surgery I have made extensive use of the elevator [which is very appreciated]. We have a service plan with techs showing every six months. Each time their service has been excellent. They are fluent with the system/mechanics, they have necessary parts on-hand(!!), and are very professional. All positives - no negatives.
The best customer service experience around. 10/10 would work with them again
The man that came to do a maintenance inspection arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgable.
