Moved to Belltown a few months ago and decided to try out Arrow Hair to get my root touchup with Sue. Haven’t looked back since! I’ve discovered new hair products, easier styling for my difficult hair, planning ahead/talking through additional color options, even a better option on hair ties thanks to Sue!! All of this AND the Best haircuts too. I just saw Sue Austin for a hair cut and balayage appointment and love my hair. I was in desperate need of hair help ! She asked great questions, and really listened to how I wear and style my hair on a daily basis. She let me pick the music, offered me a beverage and we had great conversation.
