Fence was installed in early 2021. The posts were bent during Hurricane Ida. Further inspection after the storm revealed that the posts were not set deep enough and with only half the concrete required. They came out once and wanted to fix the fence for nearly what I originally paid without looking at their original installation. Emails and calls have not been returned. BBB complaint will be filed.

It was so nice to do business with Arrow Fence, Brett came out right away and gave me the estimate. Glenn & Jonathan did a great install. Our fence was installed on a newly constructed home and therefore it was a process that covered several phases and scheduling efforts. The fence is fine and really looks nice. We had one minor quality issues which was addressed to our satisfaction.
