Amazing for wildlife control. They helped us with flying squirrels in the attic. Would not suggest home services for things you want look nice. Installed an attic door and after 3 trips (one to install, 2 to fix things) the attic door still looks like a mess. The door works well, it just looks sloppy. They got caulk and white semigloss trim paint on a flat off-white ceiling, caulk is already cracking a few months out, and one of the molding joints is off.
Lacie provided terrible customer service. When I called, she was very rude and said, 'Don't be a smart mouth.' We purchased a wildlife package for raccoon and snake removal, but when I asked her to check the agreement, she claimed they don’t cover that. When I asked her to look at the agreement, she responded with 'Don't be a smart mouth.' This company has the worst customer service.
