Arrow is the only pest control service that offers a carpenter bee prevention service. This is very helpful when you have a two story home with a wood deck.
Tech called on the way to our house (which is in a remote location) to clarify the issues that we were having. Earl was very thorough with his treatment both inside and outside the house. He even called when he completed the treatment to explain what he did and what he found/possible remediation. Super friendly, great customer service, and no issues after treatment (it has been a couple of weeks since the work was completed).
