I was misled to believe I have mice, when the issue is actually squirrels. I was charged $225 and then told I would need to hire a different company that could deal with squirrels, as they are not allowed. Arrow Exterminators came to my home due to a knocking sound in the attic. The staff on site advised my wife that the knocking was being caused by mice chewing on things in the attic like wiring and insulation. I was charged $225 dollars to eliminate the pests.
