RecommendedEmployees are always helpful. They notify us when they are checking Sentricon bait stations. Always prompt and on time for scheduled treatments. We have both Sentricon termite protection and insect control.contracts with Arrow. If we have any concerns - we can call them and they will come out to check.
I like how Arrow bills quarterly and they are affordable.
My husband contacted arrow in person about this vehicle speeding through the school zone at WLSwain Elm. He was assured that it was going to be taken care of. Sadly this morning we see the same arrow truck that we were assured wouldn’t be speeding through the Elementary school zone speeding through the elementary school zone. Something so simple as following the speed limit with all of those precious babies is to much to ask of this arrow employee. Super great UNTIL you pay $2000 at the beginning of the year for exclusion and then call in spring Bc you somehow have rodents but have to wait 8 days for someone to come out to LOOK!!!!!!!!!! Look=8 days! Ridiculous!

Less than impressed. They've been to my house once, told my husband if there were issues they'd come back for free. Well we've had multiple issues. We called the company and the lady tried to get my husband to pay for something else (which he refused). She was supposed to have someone call us to set up a time to come back to our house. That was two weeks ago or longer and we havent heard a word. If anyone knows of a reliable pest control service, please let me know.
RecommendedWe have been customers for many years. Unfortunately we found termites in a wall that had been getting some rain water intrusion. I wasn't sure what to expect when I contacted the local office. To my surprise, they did a fantastic job taking care of the problem. They eradicated the infestation and had their handyman people come out and remove all the damaged wood and repair all the damage. I was impressed.
