When you have a problem, they take it seriously. My neighborhood has had a rat problem, since the re-modelling of several empty houses. Arrow's techs, Travis and Lance, have worked hard to help me get rid of the pests, along with my regular tech, Brandon, who delivered and manages bait boxes. If you have a crawl space, you should have Arrow check for any entry opportunities, and get them fixed.
