We were experiencing a horrible aunt infestation in our home and Arrow exterminating ,TomJordan came to our rescue. Tom immediately dispatched a crew to attend to the problem and there is a significant decrease in ants and we are very pleased. It takes about 7 to 10 days for all of the ants to be killed as they take the poison back to their nests and that is how the ants die so it is not an instantaneous thing. They did a great job getting rid of my carpenter ants I would highly recommend them .. The guy was very friendly and efficient with his work
Arrow came on time and was very helpful in showing me where the termites were. Friendly and kind was the gentleman doing the estimate. Came a few days later to set the bait traps calling me ahead of time yo let me know. We’ve been using them for years. Very satisfied!!!
They respond to your call right away, establish the problem and come and treat the problem in a timely manner. Also, very friendly service.
