Arrow Exterior Design's team was prompt and attentive in responding to our needs for new roofing on our small home and detached garage. Their bid was very reasonable compared to the others. We were impressed with their work on a neighbor's roof replacement and their skilled team paid the same attention to details on our place. The team was respectful and friendly while they quickly did their work. And their cleanup afterwards was meticulous. We'll be recommending Arrow to our family, friends and neighbors.

I am very impressed with Arrow Exteriors, John Eastman spent plenty of time with me making sure I was aware of all of my options on materials and his communication with me throughout the entire process was above and beyond. I was kept up to date on timelines and everyone showed up when I was told they would be. The day of my roof tear off/replacement Tony came to my door, introduced himself and we did a walk around so we all were on the same page. He assured me everything would be done correct as they do not cut any corner... read more

After hail & wind damage in April, Arrow Exteriors made the roof & siding replacement process smooth & stress-free. Our general contractor, John Eastman, was professional, timely, & respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to both my husband & me, was open to our suggestions, & answered every question with patience & clarity. What really impressed us was how willing John was to stop out in person anytime we had a question or were uncertain about a decision in the pre-planning stage. His guidance m... read more

We recently used Arrow Curb for a concrete curbing project and had a great experience. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to meet directly with our customer to help them choose the right color and design, which made the whole process smooth and professional. The execution was top-notch, and they worked seamlessly with our schedule to keep the project on track. High-quality work and great customer service — we’ll definitely be working with them again.

Andy and Steve were great to work with throughout the project of replacing our siding and windows. They also put a privacy screen up by our hot tub, added hand rails down the front porch steps and added stone by the garage doors and around the wrap around porch. We met off and on for 10 months prior to the project to plan and discuss all of the details involved and then the project took 8-10 weeks from start to finish. The finished product is beautiful-we are very happy with the outcome of all of these projects!
