We needed a new roof after the recent storms and we worked with Andy and Arrow to get the work done. I appreciated the low pressure sales pitch, clear information, and an easy process. The crews that installed the roof and gutters did great work and were professional. It's nice to work with a company that just does what they say they are going to do!
Arrow Exterior Design's team was prompt and attentive in responding to our needs for new roofing on our small home and detached garage. Their bid was very reasonable compared to the others. We were impressed with their work on a neighbor's roof replacement and their skilled team paid the same attention to details on our place. The team was respectful and friendly while they quickly did their work. And their cleanup afterwards was meticulous. We'll be recommending Arrow to our family, friends and neighbors.
I am very impressed with Arrow Exteriors, John Eastman spent plenty of time with me making sure I was aware of all of my options on materials and his communication with me throughout the entire process was above and beyond. After hail & wind damage in April, Arrow Exteriors made the roof & siding replacement process smooth & stress-free.
