After hail & wind damage in April, Arrow Exteriors made the roof & siding replacement process smooth & stress-free. Our general contractor, John Eastman, was professional, timely, & respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to both my husband & me, was open to our suggestions, & answered every question with patience & clarity. Andy and Steve were great to work with throughout the project of replacing our siding and windows. They also put a privacy screen up by our hot tub, added hand rails down the front porch steps and added stone by the garage doors and around the wrap around porch. We met off and on for 10 months prior to the project to plan and discuss all of the details involved and then the project took 8-10 weeks from start to finish. The finished product is beautiful-we are very happy with the outcome of all of these projects!
I warned Andy Paynter that I’m a little OCD and Will definitely crawl around on the roof to inspect the work after they are done and I have to say the work was A+. No exposed nails. Straight lines throughout. Everything turned out excellent and I’d highly recommend working with Arrow on your next roofing job. They use high quality materials and I know you will be happy.
It was great to work with Johnny. He was able to resolve both my poorly designed 40 year old sunroom ventilation / leak issue and new shingles for less than some others quoted just for insulation!
We could not be happier with the work done by Johnny and his team! The entire process was seamless, on time, and within budget! Johnny was able to convert our carport into a beautiful garage while maintaining (and dare I say, improving) the character of our historic, midcentury home. From the beautiful masonry work to the entry way, every detail of the project was done with a meticulous eye for detail. We will be reaching out to Arrow for any future projects!
