This company took over my pool service, Sureshot, in Cape Coral/ north fort Myers. I has sureshot for ten years with no problems. Arrow would not show up, come on non scheduled days, lie about the work performed, switch technicians from week to week, not provide the proper chemical levels, lie about not being able to get in, they had a key, claim the technician quit and took the customer list with him, they claimed that two times.
