I saw an ad for rebalancing hormones and they were doing a half price holiday special. I've tried so many things to no avail and was hesitant to try them. Finally, I decided to just go for it. I'm so glad I did! This is counseling, not a sales gimmick to get you to buy *their* supplements. Heather is so wonderful to work with. I was expecting the sessions to be like a lecture. I am approaching 3 years of seeing Macie and she has quite literally changed my life. I am so glad I made the decision to seek help for myself, I am such a better version of me now! Cannot recommend this practice enough, definitely give them a call for all of your mental health needs!

I had been working with Jamie for over 5 years before she opened Arrow Counseling and Wellness with Macie. Prior to working with Jamie, I tried a number of avenues including therapy to deal with my issues without success. When I came to Jamie she introduced me to EMDR and together we worked on a plan to process the trauma that was the basis of my issues. It has been 6 years since I have had any alcohol and my life is exponentially better since I started therapy and processed my traumas.

Jamie is an amazing therapist. When I started counseling I was skeptical because I had never been before. After attending sessions with Jamie for a few weeks I started to slowly open up. She has helped me through some rough situations. I am grateful of every experience and I thank God for allowing me to get through it all with the help of Arrow Counseling. I will recommend Jamie to everyone. If you are thinking about it, just do it. Give Jamie a call!
