I saw an ad for rebalancing hormones and they were doing a half price holiday special. I've tried so many things to no avail and was hesitant to try them. Finally, I decided to just go for it. I am approaching 3 years of seeing Macie and she has quite literally changed my life. I am so glad I made the decision to seek help for myself, I am such a better version of me now! Cannot recommend this practice enough, definitely give them a call for all of your mental health needs!
I had been working with Jamie for over 5 years before she opened Arrow Counseling and Wellness with Macie. Prior to working with Jamie, I tried a number of avenues including therapy to deal with my issues without success. When I came to Jamie she introduced me to EMDR and together we worked on a plan to process the trauma that was the basis of my issues. It has been 6 years since I have had any alcohol and my life is exponentially better since I started therapy and processed my traumas.
