I dealt directly with the company to obtain a replacement acrylic insert for my sewing machine cabinet. The CS representative was kind, pleasant and helpful. The order for this insert took about 10 minutes and I am fully satisfied with this experience. The cabinet/ furniture itself is top notch in construction and very well designed. It was my fault that the custom insert was broken in the removal of my machine from the cabinet.
