I am very particular about many things, one being my Chai Tea. I have one brand that I love and every other one I try ends up being too bitter. When I have ordered Chai tea lattes at other places in town (both chain and local) they have either been bitter or too sweet becuse of all the honey used. I was explaining my issue to the staff at Arrow and was guided directly to the perfect type of Chai Tea, and they even had almond milk for my latte! My expectations were exceeded.
