Not sure what I can say that hasn't already been said. Ten years of exceptional service and community involvement, from folks who are passionate about cycling and its positive societal impact. It's tough for a business to be so personal -- but they make it happen.
I bought a bike from Arrow five years ago and have had it serviced there regularly. This weekend, somebody stole the bike from my backyard, and then tried to sell it to Arrow. They saw their own sticker on the bike and looked it up, called me to confirm, called the police, chased the thief when he fled their store, and then ID'd the thief when the cops caught him. Arrow has my business for life!
