Seriously shady and dishonest owner! Will never use again and don't think best buy geek squad will either. She threw away paperwork and the old part once a claim was made against them for ruining my floor because the leak wasn't fixed right. She knew she wasn't supposed to do that and when was called by the warranty/claim company and ourselves, she proceeded to cuss us out. Be careful and ask for all paperwork and parts prior to them even leaving your house.
