Absolutely amazing place with the best customer service ever. Bought our Kenmore 80 series top loader washer from there and its a cleaning machine. was able to ask questions through messenger. it was so easy and the best experience buying appliances. Arrow Appliance saved us from having to buy another oven, after only owning it for 1.5 years, as they troubleshooted the problem over the phone, ordered is the correct part and even offered to come and repair it at a fraction of the cost of other comparable stores. We will never use another appliance store again after this stellar service!

When I needed my older Admiral washing machine fixed, Arrow came to the house on time, found the trouble, and gave me good options to fix it. I chose the option to replace a major part because they said they don't build quality machines like mine anymore. Great advice, and quality job! Another time there was a scheduling issue, and they kept in contact me, which is what customer service is all about. Thank you Arrow!
