The Technician (Nick) called ahead of his arrival and arrived when promised. As always he was very Knowledgeable clean, courteous, and efficient. It's always a pleasure to work with him and Arronco. Arronco did a very professional job when they installed our Geothermal unit when we built our home nine years ago, they have serviced it every year since. David Ritchie is a very good technician and did a thorough job at my rental property. The Arronco team is very good and have installed and serviced the three units on my primary residence. I highly recommend this team.
I bought a A/C unit from these people and it is leaking water from my vent down stairs and it has destroyed my carpet and ceiling, They sent multible people out to fix it and none of them know what there doing, I just call Help Heating Cooling and Electric to come and fix it and I am sending these people the bill. THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL!!!!
I have had an ongoing problem with condensation coming from my A/C unit and had another repairman out to my house and the unit is still not fixed, I am getting really concerned about where all this water is going. I understand the unit is 10 years old; however, I just want the unit repaired, I will pay for whatever repair needs to be done. I just don't want to have to keep calling Arronco in Burlington KY and dealing with this problem over and over again. Please help me!!
Jeremy came on time and found that my thermostat needed adjustment to avoid some of the auxiliary heat issues. He added pressure to the system and he will checkup on that when he returns in late spring. I am satisfied with the service that I receive from Arronco.
Just to keep everyone updated regarding the condensation issue that I have had with the AC unit that I bought from Arronco Heating & Air that has been dripping water in my home since 2018. (Which was under warranty) I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Mr. Wolf (The President of Arronco Heating & Air) would rather argue with me about water coming into my home vs. just sending a repairman to my house and fixing the unit that he installed.
