Arrivva provided a great experience for home buying. Fred is knowledgeable about everything and a reliable resource, and they don't force their opinions on you like other realtors will. Everything about their process is efficient, they don't waste your time with anything, they use modern software tools, and the handle all of the hard paperwork and process. If I ever am buying or selling a home in the future I will absolutely want to work with them again and I could not recommend them more highly.

Arrivva was great as a one stop shop for buying a house. They saved me a lot of money with their fee structure while also providing great service that was always attentive via slack. They also had the lowest rates and fees I could find for my mortgage. When issues arose with the lender, Fred made sure everything went through smoothly. Also, Mark deserves a special shout out for helping entertain our son who can be quite intense. My 5 year old still asks when we're going to see his Friend Mark again.

I was initially skeptical about using a flat-fee buyer’s agent, especially as a first-time homebuyer whose main priority was actually getting the house. Fred completely changed my mind. He was phenomenal throughout the entire process, and I honestly can’t imagine having done this with anyone else. Fred is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with. Clear and to the point, he knows what he is doing and gets the job done efficiently and effectively. I enjoyed working with him for a recent property purchase and he ensured that everything went smoothly. If I want to do another real estate transaction in the future - I will hire him in a heartbeat. I was skeptical when I hired Arriva to sell my house, even though they came highly recommended, it just seemed too good to be true. They would do all the work, are incredibly competent and charged SIGNIFICANTLY less than everyone else but Fred and Jenn delivered!!!! This amazing tag team was on it, great communication, driven to not only sell the house but get us the best possible deal they could.
