I was skeptical when I hired Arriva to sell my house, even though they came highly recommended, it just seemed too good to be true. They would do all the work, are incredibly competent and charged SIGNIFICANTLY less than everyone else but Fred and Jenn delivered!!!! I worked with Arrivva as a buyer, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommend them over a commission-based agent. What was great: 1. Didn’t pressure us on purchase price. Unlike commission-based agents, Fred doesn’t get paid more if we overbid unreasonably or choose a more expensive house, or he doesn’t work against their income if they negotiate harder for the buyer.
