I was skeptical when I hired Arriva to sell my house, even though they came highly recommended, it just seemed too good to be true. They would do all the work, are incredibly competent and charged SIGNIFICANTLY less than everyone else but Fred and Jenn delivered!!!! Loved working with ARRIVA, they were on it from day one! Hired cleaners, inspectors, and stagers. Got our house totally prepped after we lived in it for over 20 years. Jenn and Fred are knowledgeable and competent and made all the difference getting the house sold right away and over asking price! My husband and I had a very good experience working with Fred and Rene. We took awhile, over a year, figuring out what we wanted and communicated over Slack with the Arrivva team. It really helped that they were very low pressure so we could thoughtfully plan and evaluate options. When we finally chose a place to bid on, they were attentive and responsive.
