Their team provides a flat-fee service and communicates mainly through Slack, which made everything quick and efficient. I worked with Arrivva as a buyer, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommend them over a commission-based agent. What was great: 1. Didn’t pressure us on purchase price. Unlike commission-based agents, Fred doesn’t get paid more if we overbid unreasonably or choose a more expensive house, or he doesn’t work against their income if they negotiate harder for the buyer.
