Their response to their customers over the Covid situation is ridiculous! I will never rent a VRBO from them again.
Bad business! NEVER use this company. They don't care about anything but themselves. ZERO kindness for the COVID19 crisis and helping families cancel their vacations. They don't offer refunds for this time...not even credit to use at a later date. Other vacation rental services offer FULL refunds for COVID. Many families and small businesses will be shut down and quarantined during this time, and its a punch in the stomach that they are having to foot the bill for a place they didn't get to enjoy. Terrible cancellation policy given the current COVID-19 pandemic. You might have better luck with Airbnb.
2 reservations cancelled with no reason given! I would not recommend Arrived. I booked and paid for a house rental 5 months prior to my wedding in Hood River. I received an email 7 weeks prior to my wedding telling me that the property was no longer available and I could choose from one other property (7 miles away, across the river and in a different town) or take a refund. Questionable customer service. I rented a condo in hood river that was posted on both VRBO and Airbnb. They then cancelled it due to not realizing that it had exceeded its max number of days rented out for the year. They then offered no other properties that could work to help accommodate us. I imagine the places they rent out are nice. They were pleasant on the text and email. WE stayed in Hood River, OR. The house was very nice and met our needs for 6 people. The living room chairs were older and the legs were breaking down so we were afraid to sit in them. Otherwise the furnishings were very nice. We would do this again.
