I wish we would have checked this company out. We rented a VRBO through them in Bend, OR. The home looked beautiful and the location was great. The house was SO DIRTY. We had to clean before our son and his wife showed up. There was actually FECES on the bathroom rug. When we told them about this, the only thing that was said to us, “we will tell the team members that need to hear this”. They don’t care. HORRIBLE customer service. Have a heart and offer full refunds on travel affected by COVID or terminal illnesses. No one should EVER rent from you at present or in the future.

Due to Covid we are happy to offer you a credit of 100% of the amount on your current reservation, good for a future stay with Arrived. Alternately we can refund you 50% of the total and process the refund to your card. Just reach out directly and we can take care of that for you.

I wouldn’t recommend renting through this company. Our family had reserved four nights in Bend scheduled for spring break. We had to cancel because Mt. Bachelor ski lodge had closed and so did all the restaurants in Bend due to the Covid-19 virus. The rental agency would not refund our money, so we lost our $800. We asked to speak to a supervisor and was told twice that someone would call us back and no one ever did. Adhere to safety protocols during a pandemic?
Horrible company!! Booked prior to the Covid19 travel restrictions. They WILL NOT Refund our money, even though VRBO is encouraging ALL owners to give a full reimbursement. They even accused us of “stealing” the deposit monies that we asked our credit company to reverse the charges on. Mean spirited and unwilling to budge. Do yourself a favor, DON’T book with ARRIVED RENTALS😡🤬
Awful, awful company. Never ever use them. They are providing zero refunds in the face of everything shutting down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I truly wished I'd stayed with VRBO!
Issue a refund for trip cancelled due to COVID-19. Do keep money you haven't earned.
