LUXURY? NOPE! The gas grills are filthy and grease-filled. The charcoal grills are totally disgusting and dirty; they are also leaning so far in the ground they are unusable. The tennis nets are sagging so low they are unusable. These were things we thought we were getting. Huge disappointment. Security is nonexistent in our building; the security entry device does not work, making it possible for anyone to get into the building all day or night. Front hall smells like pet urine—Gross! Find somewhere else to live.
Several maintenance requests took a long time to address. Some were urgent. There was a leak in the hallway coming from the above apartment and it took 7 calls and two weeks to resolve. They kept insisting that the leak was coming from our apartment, but the water stains on the ceiling above made it obvious it was from above. All the while water was soaking the hall carpeting, and the crew only left a fan on the floor rather than vacuuming up the water.
