spacious apartments eden place apartments are very spacious and have a washer and dryer in the apt unit. they generally charge 700-800$ per month. the management is very good and maintains cleanliness and the maintenance problems are resolved in a jiffy

LUXURY? NOPE! The gas grills are filthy and grease-filled. The charcoal grills are totally disgusting and dirty; they are also leaning so far in the ground they are unusable. The tennis nets are sagging so low they are unusable. These were things we thought we were getting. Huge disappointment. Security is nonexistent in our building; the security entry device does not work, making it possible for anyone to get into the building all day or night. Front hall smells like pet urine—Gross! Find somewhere else to live.

Several maintenance requests took a long time to address. Some were urgent. There was a leak in the hallway coming from the above apartment and it took 7 calls and two weeks to resolve. They kept insisting that the leak was coming from our apartment, but the water stains on the ceiling above made it obvious it was from above. All the while water was soaking the hall carpeting, and the crew only left a fan on the floor rather than vacuuming up the water. The hallways and door entrances to the units violate the rules with shoes, garbage bags, bicycles sitting outside their apt unit. People tend to use the fire exit for taking their dogs out by propping the door to the outside which pretty much makes living in a secured apt null and void. The sense of security is drastically reduced. That’s my biggest peeve.

Loud kids in the halls on bikes/running/playing ball, terrible repairs if they even happen, overflowing dog trash, lack of response, no security constantly broken building doors.

I feel like I'm living in a hotel. Everything from the staff, to the onsite amenities, to the actual apartment has been nothing short of remarkable. I can't believe we didn't move in sooner. The entire complex is well maintained and you can tell the staff are on top of their game. I feel safe here, I feel comfortable here, and after 1 week of living in Arrive, I know we will be long term residents. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience.

There is such a load noise outside from the building of 4 that keeps me awake. Wtf is this an air conditioner already and this will go on all summer? Plus I smell cigarette smoke through the vents. So sorry to report cuz everything is wonderful.
