Amazing building, great views, and friendly staff. They go above and beyond for their residences. Best decision we made to move here.
The building is nice, but the best part is absolutely the staff. The leasing office, front desk, and maintenance team absolutely blow other property management companies away. I’ve lived in 2 other similar high rises downtown and seriously having a good (or bad) property management company makes all the difference.
I thought the apartments and amenities were the amazing part of this place but then I got to know some of the staff. In a world that seems to have forgotten the necessity of good customer service, it is a fresh breeze of “thank you so much” to be here. The staff is not just good, they are the best outstanding good I’ve come across in a very long time. They make our lives more happy! A thousand times thank you.
