Great Place to Call Home Arrington Ridge is a great place to call home. I love living here! The office and maintenance staff are excellent and very communicative with you. Great amenities, great location. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time Do not move here! They will constantly make bs charges and take as much money from you as possible. Throughout my time here I had many issues with management but the biggest one now is my deposit. They ended up keeping almost all of it and accused me of staining the ceilings and charged me over $100 to paint the ceilings. I’m 5’3, I’m no where near being able to reach the ceiling let alone put hand marks on them, which is what they said along other stains. I deep cleaned my unit upon move out and took p... read more
So far, so good! I moved to this property Aug.,2023. The location and appeal of the property lured me here. I can honestly say, what you see is what you get. The property is well maintained and pretty quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance had to do a few touch-ups that were completed within 24 hours. I am on the third floor in the new subdivision of the property. Imagine my surprise and delight to find that we have an elevator. AN ELEVATOR! Can you say, AWESOME?! Great property and staff! The office staff here are AMAZING!!!! They have helped me with my application and made it go smoothly, and they are always there to help which is so hard to find with apartment complex management. Brianna and Taylor were always there to assist me with my questions as I had A LOT! LOL I am sure they were tired of me. The apartments themselves look great and are perfect for me and my family. Over charge when moving out. Ever since they have started building new apartment buildings they have started overcharging current tenants to afford the builds. You may enjoy the apartment at first but after the dog poop, nasty stairs, broken trash compactor, terrible management, and over charging you will regret your decision.

Just Perfect!!! My daughter has moved into a Crest model single bedroom apt. I love how spacious the bedroom is. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. Large bathroom. Just the right amount of space. Management is very helpful. I would live here.

Terrible experience I moved into Arrington Ridge 8/20/22 and it was by far the WORST experience I have had moving into any apartment. We signed our lease over a month before move in. The day we received our keys with a loaded UHaul and movers, we were shocked upon entry that the unit was for handicapped persons of need. We are not handicapped. It was never disclosed to us in our lease agreement, nor were we ever contacted by management or the leasing office in the month and a half waiting, that the unit was for the disabled.... read more

I can't post pictures or my full review here, but check out my review on Google+ or Yelp! Before moving here, I strongly recommend that you consider other living arrangements outside of Arrington Ridge. I moved in about two months ago (7/20/21) and have needed to make multiple service requests, including many that were ignored and/or dismissed as non-issues.
