Great use of Hatch Chilies – The Hatch chile is a thing of wonder...Very large Margaritas and great soups...
Authentic & Awesome – Arribas is, by far, the best mexican restaurant in the valley. It's the only one that I know of, that actually uses authentic recipes & ingredients. (including chiles that are usually only found in New Mexico) You would not be disappointed in anything you order. Best mexican food – This restaurant is a realy good place to eat if you love mexican food. The enviroment is great. The service is fast. The food is the best you will ever had. Trust me I'm an expert at mexican food and this restaurant is the place to go if you love to eat mexican food.

hatchy – I love their White Sand Sauce made with the hatch chilies. Out of this world! Also there food lives up to the concept, when you go out to eat mexican food you expect spicy & that is what you get at Arriba Mexican Grill.
