Rachel was amazing and concerned. She’s a wonderful NP. Baylor is lucky to have her.
Somehow my credit card which I had not given to anyone nor had I approved any sort of payment was charged $200 before I even went to the appointment. I called the billing department and they said someone at the office took my card and charged it which absolutely is not correct. This is still unresolved. I am overwhelmingly disappointed that this can just happen and no one is doing anything about it. I may have to find a new doctor which is unnecessary because the doctor and his team are outstanding.
Wonderful, caring practice. Highly recommended.
