Not happy since Ed sold! It’s not the same! Terrible at calling back, didn’t fix my problem they came out without me knowing and billed me
Unfortunately, Arrest A Pest merged with another company from New Jersey recently - terrible experience! Hired them in December to get rid of mice. Insisted we sign up for quarterly service. After two months still had an issue with mice and they wanted to start charging us for the quarterly service at two months instead of 3 as per Angelo who claimed to be manager and owner, nasty attitude, strong arm sales attitude and unprofessional highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this company
