Lhakpa Sherpa is the best maintenance man I’ve ever seen! He’s helping in less than 1 day and really responsive
Not a tenant, but I toured the apartment building and had a great experience. Huge props to Amanda for being so friendly and helpful despite being the only person in the leasing office that day. She answered all my questions and gave helpful advice on living in the community.
My toilet broke over the weekend, which was very inconvenient. Lhakpa, the site engineer, came before 9 AM on Monday morning and fixed it within five minutes. I was really impressed by his technical skills and efficiency. I truly appreciate his help, especially coming first thing in the morning so that I can start my week strong. Thank you so much and thanks Arras for really taking care of every residents here!
The maintenance team here is great. Tony and Locba are fantastic and always willing to help with anything.
They did not send us our security deposit. Our annual lease ended Febr 24th, did not get anything form them, emailed them-no reply. Then received a letter from a collection agency (dated April 6) that we owe them :) Called Amanda and then James-still no deposit (even in part) but got the explanation of charges :). Not happy with the service, expected a better one given our monthly rent (including parking and utilities) was $4,200 and we always paid on time.
