Living here was fine, but moving out has been an absolute nightmare. Getting the final refund settled is a disaster. I received the final move-out accounting and have been trying to get my refund back — it’s been almost 2 months with no actionable resolution. Amanda , James & Cecy make this place feel like home. They go above & beyond to make sure it’s a friendly place environment, from throwing community events that are fun to always answering any questions I have . I really appreciate the phenomenal team at Arras !
The housekeeper Angelica keeps the place spotless and smelling fresh! James, Amanda and Cecy are friendly faces that I enjoy seeing and are helpful with packages or when I have too many groceries to carry. My dog Fred enjoys going to the office daily for treats and pets. I really love game nights here. They get me out of the house without having to drive anywhere and I enjoy visiting with my fellow neighbors. Good communication, good response time, good apartments and good place to live.
