We were planning a destination wedding in California that had to be cancelled due to coronavirus. This was the ONLY vendor that would not refund any of our money. Every other vendor was willing to at least refund 50% of our deposits. They did not provide even a single service. Not one. We were renting items from them and had to cancel 2 months in advance. They were rude and unwilling to even discuss a potential solution. If you can avoid it, do not work with these people.
I had the opportunity to work with Arrangements for the first time (shocking, I know!) this past weekend and I can't speak more highly of them and their team. They were on time, professional, efficient, and just all-around wonderful people. Luna's eye for design is amazing, their pieces are high-quality, and I look forward to having the floral side of their businesss on our upcoming wedding!

We hired Arrangements Floral & Party Designs to do our wedding at the La Quinta Resort. I cannot say enough good things about them! The flowers and design they delivered were beyond our expectations. Luna and her team were easy to work with from start to finish and most of all, the product they delivered was 10 star.
