I have been holding off to post a review in hopes of keeping my optimism high. Unfortunately, things did not get better. My aunt’s husband died, so to honor her I ordered her a beautiful bouquet since I live out of state and could not attend the funeral. I placed the order online, my card was charged, and I got the email saying thanks for ordering and that they would keep me updated. A week passed and I got no update. I needed items to send to a funeral (I wanted wind chimes and a nice throw). After searching online I couldn’t find anything in the area that I liked. When I called The Arrangement, they were so helpful! They had the things I wanted in stock and were so easy to work with. I would recommend working with them.
I have ordered funeral arrangements, Arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries. Always perfect!!! I have never been disappointed
The lady I spoke with today was absolutely amazing!!! I needed a fresh floral arrangement to be delivered today. She was very accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my precious aunt got her flowers today! She even sent me a picture of the gorgeous arrangement with a prayer for healing for my aunt. What an amazing business!!! Thank you again 💖
