The lady I spoke with today was absolutely amazing!!! I needed a fresh floral arrangement to be delivered today. She was very accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my precious aunt got her flowers today! She even sent me a picture of the gorgeous arrangement with a prayer for healing for my aunt. What an amazing business!!! Thank you again 💖
What a horrible and unprofessional experience... Me & my best friend went in which we had a appointment. The girl wasnt there, we placed our order and showed her what we wanted she wrote everything down and said if the girl had any issues she would call. We got no call so my best friend (the bride) called to make sure everything was on track to find out they never placed the order and is now back tracking on what was said. 4 days before her wedding at that. Horrible. Will never go back.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order (order #1283) on May 7th for a flower arrangement to be delivered on May 8th to my mom, who was in a nursing home for rehab. The website showed May 8th as the delivery date when I ordered, but the flowers were not delivered & I was not notified that there would be an issue. This was a time-sensitive order because my mom is being released from the facility, so a later delivery is useless at this point.
