Have had maintenance requests open for almost 2 months and can't get ahold of anyone. Maintenance office never answers the phone, doesn't respond to my voicemails, the online portal has no updates, and the building manager just tells me to contact maintenance. This is unacceptable, regardless of the issue, but especially when it is impacting your work, life, and costing you money.
